Rule 53
Annual reporting and monitoring

(1) The amount and value of the total goods sold by each office including the balance of the previous financial year, the goods purchased and transferred in the current financial year and the goods received as in-kind aid, the amount spent on auctions, minha, transferred and spent in the current financial year and An annual report should be prepared within three months of the end of the financial year, including the quantity of goods that need to be certified, maintained, auctioned, sold, and sent to the relevant ministries, departments, and the Office of the Controller of Finance and Accounts. After receiving such a report, the relevant ministry and department should study and investigate and issue necessary instructions.
(2) If a decision is made to abolish or merge an office, the office shall be deemed to have been abolished on the thirty-fifth day after such decision. Within the said period, the inventory and maintenance, maintenance, auction, quantity and value of the goods to be sold, including the quantity and value of the goods to be sold within the said period, shall be prepared or made to do a report within thirty-five days from the date of abolition or merger of such office, and the relevant ministry or department shall take charge of such goods. (3) From the report as per sub-rule (1) or from any other source, if it is found that the goods are not maintained, maintained, auctioned, sold, and sold, the relevant Treasury and Accounts Controller Office may inspect such goods. The report of such inspection shall be sent by the relevant Treasury and Accounts Comptroller Office to the relevant ministries, departments and the Comptroller General's Office.
(4) According to sub-rule (3), if any irregularity related to goods is found in any office from the report received from the Office of the Controller of Funds and Accounts or from any other source, the ministry itself, if it is a ministry, and the relevant departmental head, if it is a department or an office under it, shall take necessary action to maintain and repair the goods. , should be used for maintenance and protection. Information about such action taken by the head of the department should be given to the relevant ministry.
